Are you a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant looking for a new opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives?

We are seeking a PTA to join our home health team, bringing expert care directly to patients where they are most comfortable-at home. #physicaltherapist #pt #cortlandny#skYour typical day may include, but is not limited to: Providing physical therapy treatments under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).

Assisting patients with exercises, therapeutic activities, and mobility strategies designed to improve strength, function, and independence.

Tracking and documenting patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary in collaboration with the PT.

Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care outcomes.

Traveling to patients' homes within a defined area.
