Provide direct care and daily living support to clients using American Sign Language (ASL) as the primary mode of communication Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and dressing Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoring Facilitate community engagement and social activities for clients Monitor and document client health status, behaviors, and progress Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure continuity of care Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment for clients
