The Imaging Assistant supports and assists Technologists within the imaging environment following established policies. They are responsible for performing a wide range of duties assigned by the Imaging department while maintaining patient-centered care.

Scope of work Under direct supervision the Advanced Imaging Assistant supports and assists the Technologist as needed following the established policies and procedures within the Imaging environment.
Responsible for performing a wide range of duties as assigned by the Imaging department.
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Required High School Diploma or equivalent · 2 years of relevant experience 2 years’ patient care experience. Preferred · CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or · CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required
A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant patient care experience are required. BLS certification from the AHA or ARC is preferred.
