Implements quality nursing and clinical measures to maintain/increase elders’ physical/mental wellbeing. Responsible for knowing the skin care policy and ensuring preventative measures are used to maintain the skin integrity of all elders. Monitors guests for changes in condition and coordinates care with physicians. Reviews care plan of each resident, making changes as the resident’s condition or plan of care changes and completes an admission care plan in a timely manner. Completes prescribed treatments and ensures medication is administered timely, in private, and per facility procedure. What do I need to be considered?
