Job Requirements Associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Commission with Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education. Physical Therapist Assistant license to practice in the State of Ohio. Minimum one year experience as a physical therapist assistant in a supervised setting within the last three years preferred. CPR – Approved by American Heart Association.
