We are seeking compassionate and energetic Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. Provide direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks. Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation in medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Assist with specialized care needs including Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, memory care, and behavioral health support. Operate patient lifts such as Hoyer lifts safely and effectively to prevent injury during transfers. Maintain aseptic techniques during procedures like catheter care and phlebotomy to prevent infection. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in acute care environments such as ICU or Level I Trauma Centers, providing compassionate patient service in fast-paced settings. Support patients in outpatient clinics or home & community care environments with personalized caregiving tailored to individual needs. Document all patient interactions accurately within EMR/EHR systems like Cerner or eClinicalWorks for seamless communication across healthcare providers. Experience Prior experience working in long-term care facilities such as nursing homes or assisted living communities is highly preferred. Critical care experience in settings like ICU or Level II trauma centers enhances your ability to manage complex cases effectively. Experience with medical-surgical units, post-acute care, or hospital medicine provides a strong foundation for this role. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and infection control practices is essential for delivering safe patient care. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner is a plus. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities enriches your caregiving approach. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required; additional certifications like phlebotomy or hospice care are advantageous.
