Symbios Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants to practice primary care in a more connected, relationship-based model.

Stephen S.
Luther and a collaborative, caring team, allowing you to assess, diagnose, and guide patients with a more complete view of their health.
Your role is to help patients improve how they feel and function day to day, and to support long-term outcomes across energy, strength, metabolic health, and overall well-being. The goal is simple. Help patients live healthy, fit, and fully.
This is an outpatient role with no hospital call. The model supports longer visits, lower daily volume, and a focus on prevention, performance, and continuity of care.

Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in South Carolina with at least 3 years of clinical experience. Candidates should possess strong clinical judgment and an interest in a low-volume, holistic approach to patient care.
