Personal service provider (Weekend position) – split shifts available

Healing and Helping Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Service Providers (PSPs) to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a weekend position, and split shifts may be available based on client schedules and care needs. Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote clients' mental and emotional well-being.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as outlined in each client's care plan.
• Help with household tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands as needed.
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and HIPAA guidelines to ensure quality care.

Requirements

• Previous experience providing personal care or care-giving preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be available to work weekends. Split shifts may be required depending on client needs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for clients requiring transportation).
• Ability to pass a background check and meet all Indiana caregiver requirements.
