Inner Balance Counseling is a trauma-informed counseling community providing outpatient mental health services to adults. We’re seeking a full-time, in-person therapist who wants a long-term professional home—not a side gig, and not supplemental employment. Our goal is to ensure our therapists are not just trauma-aware, but truly trauma-informed and fully supported in their work.
This role requires a consistent, full clinical caseload and regular on-site presence. It’s best suited for clinicians who thrive on collaboration, value accountability, and are excited about professional growth within a supportive, structured practice. Work Location & Schedule This is a fully in-person role. Therapists work one consistent schedule at one location. Applicants must be available to work on-site at one of these locations.

What This Role Looks Like Maintain a minimum average of 25 completed client sessions per week Therapists are typically scheduled for approximately 30 sessions per week to account for cancellations Provide individual, couples, and group therapy to Adults (18+) - no teens or children Complete documentation within 24 hours Participate in required supervision, consultation, meetings, and trainings Work within a trauma-informed, ethically grounded counseling center
Required Qualifications Master’s degree in counseling or a related field Licensed in Arizona (LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMSW, LAMFT, etc.)
Experience working with adults Ability to work fully in person Willingness to complete and actively integrate EMDR Basic Training (EMDRIA-approved) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) training paid for by Inner Balance Counseling Team-oriented, reflective, and growth-minded
