Provides ongoing care independently, consulting with the Physical Therapist regarding changes in treatment and discharge.
Provides care/service that meets the developmental needs of patients across the life span as appropriate to the patient population and as indicated on the skills checklist.
This position will care for patients in the child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups.
Employee performs clinical duties in accordance with population specific guidelines and adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as outlined in policy and procedures.

Requires an Associate Degree from an approved Physical Therapy Assistant school and a current Georgia Board of Physical Therapy license. While one year of experience is preferred, new graduates will be considered.
