Job Title: Inpatient Therapist/Counselor
Reports To: Clinical Director
Location: Northpoint Nebraska (Adult inpatient in Omaha, NE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm CST with 1 weekend (Saturday & Sunday) every 3 weeks
Licensure: Active, unencumbered NE mental health licensure
Compensation: $27-45/hour

As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Therapist/Counselor will oversee the therapeutic services provided to a caseload of patients. This individual will act as the treatment plan coordinator for the multi-disciplinary team in the development and implementation of the master treatment plan and the discharge plan for each patient. The Therapist/Counselor will provide individual, group and family therapy for assigned patients, as required by contractual and licensure obligations. This person will actively communicate with support staff, treatment teams, and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues pertaining to patients and their family members. The Therapist/Counselor will complete all documentation associated with these duties in a professional and timely manner.
