About the Opportunity This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established ENT practice in one of the most desirable suburbs of the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Flower Mound and Lewisville offer excellent schools, family-friendly neighborhoods, vibrant outdoor amenities, and convenient access to both Dallas and Fort Worth. What You’ll Do Provide full-scope medical and surgical otolaryngology care for pediatric and adult patients Evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions such as sinus disease, allergies, ear disorders, thyroid/parathyroid disease, sleep apnea, voice/swallowing issues, and head & neck conditions Perform in-office procedures and OR-based surgeries with access to advanced equipment and technology Work closely with our audiologists, APPs, allergy team, and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care Participate in community engagement, educational initiatives, and practice development projects Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and help shape the future of the practice QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist Strong clinical judgment and surgical proficiency Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Passion for providing patient-centered, evidence-based care Desire to build long-standing relationships within the community Professionalism, compassion, and a collaborative approach to practice Why Join Associates of ENT Surgery? Requirements
