How you’ll contribute
Conducts physical therapy assessments and develops treatment plans.
Provides direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
Documents treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
Collaborates with rehab teams and participates in discharge planning.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience: Previous experience in rehab setting preferred.
License: Current PT license.
Certifications: CPR certification required.

Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a current PT license and CPR certification. Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
