The clinician will treat infants to reshape head shapes using the DOC Band and correct ear shapes with EarWell. They are responsible for evaluating patients and developing strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process.

We are currently looking for a full-time Clinician to join our team in Silver Spring, MD.
This position is in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, working exclusively with infants.

PTs and OTs are an excellent fit with their background knowledge of symmetry and asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development.
Registered Nurses are a great fit with their experience in hands-on patient care and compassion for families as well as their capability to treat the whole patient.
Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists & Certified Orthotists are also a strong fit because of their hands-on experience with orthotics and direct patient care.
A background in pediatrics is required.

Candidates must be a Licensed RN with prior pediatric experience. Additionally, 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf devices is required.
