Description The Recovery Coach is responsible for working collaboratively with staff to bridge the chasm between professional treatment in MAAS’s clinical setting and sustainable recovery within each client’s natural environment.
He/she will act as a role model and strategically use one’s own story to enhance the recovery resolve of others.
He/she will develop and facilitate the implementation and ongoing development of individual and group recovery support services.
He/she will support individuals in exploring, identifying and connecting with community and natural resources and supports while transitioning to productive community members.
