Responsible for internal laboratory billing, including checking coding accuracy for HLA, Blood Bank, and Anatomic Pathology. Additionally, performs clinical laboratory testing and specimen processing following standard operating procedures.

Responsible for pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical phases of testing. Follows standard operating procedures and ensures laboratory safety, quality and regulatory requirements are met.
Collect laboratory specimens, as needed.
Process lab specimens and perform clinical laboratory testing, including manual and automated methods, in accordance with laboratory policies and procedures.
Demonstrate skill in use of equipment relevant to position.
Demonstrate critical and independent judgement in decision-making and problem-solving.
Demonstrate personal commitment to the principles, values, and ethics of the organization to promote a positive work environment.

Bachelors degree in laboratory or biological sciences required.
