Why You’ll Love This Role Collaborative, Supportive Structure: Three in‑house OBGYN hospitalists on shift 24/7 One Certified Nurse Midwife always on duty Close collaboration with available specialist – Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gyn Onc A supportive, collegial environment where teamwork drives patient outcomes Stable, predictable scheduling with more than one OBGYN hospitalist on duty every shift What You’ll Do Labor & Delivery Leadership Management: Manage births in partnership with Certified Nurse Midwives and support an active, high-acuity L&D unit.

OBED / Triage: Evaluates all non-labor patients presenting to OBED triage.

Admits and manages all unassigned ("no doc") patients when needed.

Surgical & Procedural Care: Perform GYN procedures and GYN surgeries as needed, ensuring smooth and timely inpatient care.

High-Risk Obstetrics Collaboration: Partner closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine to care for high‑risk antepartum patients.
