You'll practice with greater autonomy, deliver high-acuity care in a more personal setting, and use your clinical judgment to prevent complications, reduce hospitalizations, and make a lasting difference in your patients' lives. You will practice at the top of your license—performing hands-on assessments, independent IV access, medication administration, wound care, and splinting completely autonomously. Reporting to the Field Provider Manager, you will have the freedom to assess, decide, and act.

Market context

Washington advanced-practice roles stay selective

In Washington, advanced-practice openings for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are often competitive because employers look for state licensure, current BLS and ACLS, EPIC proficiency, and recent clinical case documentation. These roles can move quickly when a candidate matches the required scope and charting expectations. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time versus reading the full posting, then prepare your 24-month case logs before applying.
