We create personalized assignments close to home that enable our nurses to visit between 5-7 patients per shift.
From Ludington, to Baldwin, to Nunica and south through Kent County, Ottawa County and as far south as Gun Lake, our Corewell Health West, Visiting Nurses Team goes the distance to provide outstanding patient care
Under the direct supervision of the Nursing Manager, and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, the Nurse uses clinical judgment skills to access and implement the treatment plan for patients. The RN assesses monitors, detects, plans and takes appropriate action to prevent physiological complications associated with specific health problems and/or medical treatment.

Candidates must have an Associate's in Nursing, a Michigan RN license, and a valid driver's license. A Bachelor's in Nursing is required within five years of hire, and BLS certification is required within 90 days.
