About the role

The role involves implementing day-to-day case management and individualized rehab programs for Cardiac Rehab patients. The position is also responsible for conducting outpatient classes.

ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEP) Responsible for performing day to day implementation and follow up case management for patients in Cardiac Rehab. Provides individualized rehab program to meet personal and family needs of patients. Position is responsible for outpatient classes. Position requires understanding of cardiovascular disease.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or a related exercise science field. Required certifications include BLS and ACLS.
