Market context

Texas pediatric OT roles stay competitive

In Texas, pediatric occupational therapist roles are commonly sought in schools, outpatient clinics, and children’s therapy settings, with demand often tied to staffing needs for developmental and school-based services. These positions are competitive because employers typically look for an active OT license, advanced OT degree, pediatric experience, and strong communication skills. Before applying, compare the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here with the original posting to confirm licensure details, setting, and preferred pediatric experience.
