Joseph Kervick Residence is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented LNA or Nurse Aide dedicated to delivering exceptional care to active seniors in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

You’ll use strong communication and organizational skills to assist with daily care needs, and champion resident dignity and independence.

LNA/Nurse Aide Principal

Duties and Responsibilities

As an LNA or Nurse Aide, you’ll be a vital part of our residents’ daily lives, helping them maintain dignity and independence. Responsibilities include: Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Supporting residents with mobility and comfort Providing care according to residents’ care plans. Communicating observations to nursing staff Maintaining a safe and homelike environment while responding and attending to residents’ physical and psychosocial needs appropriately. Documenting resident information in charts by completing reports, logs and records Contributing to a positive and respectful team culture

LNA/Nuse Aide Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent LNA license preferred but not required. We are willing to train.
