As an LNA or Nurse Aide, you’ll be a vital part of our residents’ daily lives, helping them maintain dignity and independence. Responsibilities include: Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Supporting residents with mobility and comfort Providing care according to residents’ care plans. Communicating observations to nursing staff Maintaining a safe and homelike environment while responding and attending to residents’ physical and psychosocial needs appropriately. Documenting resident information in charts by completing reports, logs and records Contributing to a positive and respectful team culture
High school diploma or equivalent LNA license preferred but not required. We are willing to train.
