Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients from infancy through the adult life span, applying age-specific assessment and care plans.
• Manage labor and delivery processes, monitor maternal vital signs, assess progression, assist with deliveries, and support postpartum and newborn care.
• Administer medications, perform routine procedures, monitor for complications, and respond to emergencies per standards of care.
• Collaborate with obstetric, neonatal, and interdisciplinary teams; document care in the Epic EMR; educate patients and families on care plans and newborn care.
• Uphold patient safety, infection control, and adherence to hospital policies and nursing standards of practice.

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN license (or Compact licensure) uploaded to profile
• NH Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate uploaded upfront
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Epic EMR experience required
• Minimum 2 years Labor and Delivery experience; postpartum and Mother/Baby care experience required
• Own vehicle required
• RTO requests must be included at the time of submission; no scheduling accommodations after offer
• Permanent address must be included in profile
• Local travelers within 50 miles will not be considered for this assignment
