You’ll provide on-site treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease, offering high-quality, compassionate care directly in the facility setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide dialysis treatment to patients at SNF partner sites Monitor patient vitals and assess treatment response Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Requirements

Current RN license in the state of practice 1+ year of RN license Hemodialysis experience ADN required; BSN preferred ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience a plus CNN or CDN certification preferred
