Columbus Specialty Care Mimosa Dr 4035 Mimosa Dr Columbus, Indiana 47201 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider to meet the growing demand for Cardiology at Indiana Heart Physicians satellite office located in Columbus, Indiana.
An experienced provider is preferred.
This interested candidate will join a multi-specialty team of 22 cardiologists, 2 cardiac hospitalists, and 24 advanced practice providers.

WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will be an experienced Cardiovascular Advanced Practice Provider, who will operate in an office/hospital setting and be responsible for caring for patient’s aged 18 years and older who have cardiovascular conditions.
The primary focus of the Advanced Practice Provider is seeing patients in our general cardiac clinic located in Columbus, Indiana.
Candidate will also have desire to develop strong ties with patients and the greater Columbus community through outreach and educational opportunities.

Candidates must hold a Master's degree and be a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is also required.
