Education: Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree. License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices, welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults.
Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Compensation: Compensation is based on billable services rendered. Earning potential is based upon clinicians who work for us. Brightways clinicians make from $76,032 to $120,960 per year (working 4 or 5 days per week). Income depends on your ability to engage with clients and the clients desire to continue to see you as their therapist as well as how many clients you schedule in your calendar. Your earning potential is up to you. Our Generous PTO program: 2 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year.
