Make a Difference with Affirmed Home Care Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and is looking for compassionate, experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Qualifications
Active Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Current BLS Certification Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care) Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license preferred Current physical examination completed within the past 12 months Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the last year) or chest X-ray documentation, if applicable
