Active Connecticut LPN license Current BLS Certification Minimum of one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care) Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license preferred Current physical completed within the last 12 months Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable Why Join Affirmed Home Care?
