About the role

Perform a variety of imaging procedures under the clinical direction of a Radiologist, Cardiologist, or Surgeon. Ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging for patients within an outpatient setting.

Performs a variety of imaging procedures under the clinical direction of a Radiologist, Cardiologist or Surgeon.

Education & Credentials

Required

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

Current ARRT registration.

Performs either X-ray or Mammography only.

BCLS certification. If the BCLS certification is not from the American Heart Association (AHA), an AHA certification is required within one month of employment date.

Preferred

Work Experience

Required

No previous experience required. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in all aspects of the position within three months of employment date.

Our current hospital holds 258 beds and serves the five-county Hickory area. Through our skilled medical practitioners and our highly trained staff, we strive to provide the highest level of medical expertise using the latest, state-of-the-art technology available.

Requirements
