Performs diagnostic cardiac imaging procedures to assess structures and hemodynamics while monitoring patient status. Responsible for analyzing imaging results, preparing preliminary reports, and coordinating care with the healthcare team.

Performs diagnostic procedures to assess cardiac structures and hemodynamics in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.
Accountability, administration of contrast media, clinical policies and standards, customer service, image production, analysis and archival - Sonography/Echocar, patient and family centered care, patient assessment and care - Sonography/Echocardiography, patient positioning and procedures - Sonography/Echocardiogr, problem solving, responding to change, standards of behavior
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Experience: Adult EchocardiographyOne (1) year of experience working in an IAC accredited institution. In lieu of one year of experience, will accept credentialed new grads (within 1 year of graduation).Pediatric Echocardiography (Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital)One (1) year of experience imaging congenital heart defect and surgical repairs in an IAC accredited institution. In lieu of experience, will accept new grads (within 1 year of graduation). Must obtain credential within six (6) months of starting the position.
