Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm
Candidates must be a licensed Certified or Family Nurse Practitioner in Ohio with a Certificate to Prescribe and at least two years of experience as an Advanced Practice Practitioner. Proficiency in CPR and Microsoft Office is required.
