As a Speech Therapist, you will develop individualized plans of care and guide patients in therapeutic activities to improve their functioning. You will also educate patients and their families while ensuring patient safety and reporting progress to the attending physician.

You'll provide home-based skilled speech therapy care for patients as directed by the attending physician. You will educate patients and their family members and ensures the safety of the patient.

Speech Therapist with a current license in the state of employment.Minimum one-year experience as a ST in an acute care setting.
