The bulk of the work centers on: IV sedation and conscious sedation cases Surgical extractions, including impacted third molars Implants Complex extractions, alveoloplasty, and pre-prosthetic surgery Pathology, biopsies, and the broader scope of OMFS within an outpatient setting You bring the hands.
We bring the patients, the staff, the instruments, the assistants, and the back-office.
Who We're Looking For DDS or DMD with strong surgical training and experience — think GPR/AEGD residency or documented chairside surgical volume (extractions, surgical extractions, bone grafting, and implant placement) Active Arizona dental license (or eligible and willing to obtain) Current DEA registration and Arizona sedation permit (or actively pursuing) Comfortable running a busy surgical schedule and leading a chairside team Patient-first mindset — Risas serves a diverse, underserved community, and bedside manner matters here General dentists who have built a surgical practice through residency or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply Why Risas Risas Dental and Braces is one of the Southwest's fastest-growing dental groups, built around the idea that great dentistry should be accessible to everyone.
