This distinct, mobile position will provide intensive services and trauma informed care to a caseload of seven to ten families referred throughout the county for Children & Youth Services and/or Juvenile Probation.
Services will be provided within the community, schools and homes.
Evidence based practices and various treatment modalities will be utilized to engage families.
Collaboration with schools, mental health agencies, substance abuse services, public assistance programs and other community support organizations is a priority for this position.
