What you'll be doing

  • Every day brings something different. Depending on the caseload, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Obtain patient histories and record medical information
  • Collect laboratory samples and assist with diagnostics
  • Support surgical and dental procedures
  • Monitor recovering patients
  • Fill medications and prepare prescriptions
  • Educate clients on preventive care and at-home instructions
  • Help maintain a clean, organized treatment area
  • We're looking for someone who
  • Has at least one year of veterinary assistant experience
  • Enjoys working with both pets and people
