Kendal at Hanover is seeking a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR/L). The OTR/L provides Occupational Therapy services across the continuum of care, including independent living, assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, and outpatient/wellness programming. This role partners with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to maximize independence, promote healthy aging, reduce functional decline, and support meaningful engagement in daily life.
The successful candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and have an active Occupational Therapist license in the State of New Hampshire (or be eligible for licensure). A current NBCOT certification is required, along with a current CPR certification (or ability to obtain CPR certification upon hire). A strong candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with older adults; experience with senior living, rehabilitation, home health, or skilled nursing; experience working with residents with dementia; and has certification or advanced training in dementia care, fall prevention, aging-in-place, low vision, or seating/positioning.

Position Type: Exempt
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
32-40 hours per week depending on candidate availability (4-5 days per week). No weekends required!
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an active New Hampshire license and NBCOT certification. A minimum of two years of experience with older adults and dementia care is strongly preferred.
