Overview SIGN ON BONUS Main Street Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics is looking for a Part-Time Orthodontic Assistant for our office located in Aventura, Florida.
The assistant we hire is required to have at least 3+ years of hands on orthodontic assisting experience.
Must be a team player with a compassionate attitude; self-motivated and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Candidates must be EFDA & x-ray certified in FL.

Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures. Patient Care: Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Radiography & Diagnostics: Take and develop X-rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models. Compliance & Safety: Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations.. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and patient intake (if needed) Helps dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.
