Our patient population primarily consists of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. We carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload with a great mix of sport-specific rehab as well as joint and spine management. As the largest outpatient therapy provider in the Fredericksburg area, we work directly with over 20 orthopedic MDs and PAs in over 10 community clinics affiliated with Mary Washington Healthcare. How we do it. We maintain an appropriate patient caseload and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available. We come alongside our therapists during their professional growth journey, offering specialty certifications and individualized professional development. Do what you want to do. Hourly Rate

Flexible schedule 401K with 50% employer match up to 6% per check Competitive hourly rate License & Experience Requirements for this position include the following: Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program Active or pending state physical therapist license Professional Development Individualized Professional Development Program: Annual continued education allowance Graduated caseload ramp-up time Paid professional association dues Paid licensure renewal Unlimited MedBridge option New graduate mentoring and onboarding Min USD $52,000.00/Yr. Max USD $75,000.00/Yr. Annual Incentive Bonus Up To USD $6,000.00/Yr.
