Supports teamwork of the unit in meeting patient needs. Completes patient rounding in accordance with patient assignments and schedule to drive patient satisfaction and safety.

Accepts direction of the supervisor and LPN/RN to perform other duties as assigned and participates in LCMC's community events.
Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent OR 2 years of work experience.
1 year of Clinical Care experience; CNA or PCT experience in a healthcare setting preferred. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS Basic Life Support Health Care Provider - American Heart Association (AHA) Current Certificate in Non-Violent Crisis Prevention - Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) (Required within 6 months of hire into an Emergency Room or Behavioral Health Unit.)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently in a team environment. Ability to recognize problematic behaviors. Ability to follow direction of the LPN/RN/Charge Nurse for the shift.
