What You'll Do Diagnose, interpret test results and treat common acute and chronic pediatric illnesses, applying evidenced-based medical practices Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, considering their medical history, family dynamics, and individual needs Collaborate with the patient’s family to create and execute treatment plans and ensure proper coordination of care to optimize patient’s health progress Maintain patient Electronic Medical Record data Refer to specialists when appropriate Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality and clinical excellence goals Other duties as assigned
Unrestricted and active California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License Current BLS, ACLS, CA DEA certification prior to start date EMR proficient Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Spanish You're great for this role if you have: Prior experience working in pediatrics Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive patient health outcomes Interest in working with Medicare patients Knowledge of Value-Based Healthcare model
Requires an active California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license along with BLS, ACLS, and CA DEA certifications. Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Spanish and EMR experience are required.
