About the role

Perform clinical tasks including documenting patient symptoms in EMR, recording vital signs, and administering injections. Responsible for collecting specimens, drawing blood, sterilizing equipment, and maintaining examination rooms.

  • Required Qualifications
  • Successful completion of MA school/training program or a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or 5+ years of experience and approval from Provider
  • 1+ years of MA experience
  • Phlebotomy experience
  • Medication/vaccine administration experience
  • CPR Certified
  • Other Qualifications
  • Certified or Registered
  • Value-based Care experience includes knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS Patient Experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$43,000 - $56,200 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.

Requires completion of an MA program or certification, with at least 1 year of MA experience and phlebotomy skills. CPR certification is required, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
