Accurate Compliance: Maintain precise, meticulous documentation following industry and company standards. What You Bring (Qualifications) Education: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or related field (Required).

Experience

Minimum of two (2) years in addiction treatment or mental health services (Required).

Specialization

Proven background working with individuals affected by substance use disorders (Preferred).

Connection

Exceptional ability to build rapid client rapport and command group dynamics.

Communication

  • Masterful verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Tech-Savvy: High proficiency with computer systems and electronic health records (EHR).
