Market context

California ER RVT roles stay competitive

California emergency and critical care RVT openings are often driven by high patient volume, 24/7 staffing needs, and the need for technicians who can work quickly in high-acuity settings. These roles are competitive because employers typically want an active California RVT license, at least 3 years of emergency hospital experience, and prefer RECOVER BLS/ALS certification. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save time, then confirm your experience with triage, anesthesia support, and critical monitoring in your application.
