The Nurse Manager is responsible for coordinating the nursing staff competency/education, unit specific PI activities, and assigned daily operations of the unit.
They will practice within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and the policies, procedures, and standards of Dardanelle Regional Medical Center.
