Compensation Compensation Philosophy: We have 13 pay increments on our clinical pay scales to compensate successful candidate for 30 years of relevant experience Compensation Range: $57.72 - $82.30 / hour Job Status / Shift Information Per Diem,non-benefited Work days/nights
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Current California RN license. Current certification in CPR. ACLS and PALS required to obtain within six months of employment.
Collects patient health data. Analyzes the assessment data in determining diagnoses/patient problems. Identifies expected outcomes individualized to the patient. Develops a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes. Implements the interventions identified in the plan of care.
