At Ellie Mental Health – Lincolnwood, we're building a high-performing, clinician-centered practice designed for therapists who want the freedom of private practice without needing to handle all the business headaches on their own. We're a fully insurance-based practice, contracted with BCBS IL, Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare.

This role is ideal for clinicians who want to build or maintain a caseload on a flexible, part-time basis, whether you're growing a private practice on the side, balancing other clinical work, or looking for a lighter caseload without sacrificing support and structure.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans Provide high-quality therapy services to clients Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Maintain a part-time caseload of approximately 12–15 sessions per week Deliver evidence-based interventions Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners Participate in team meetings and trainings as schedule allows Option to provide supervision for pre-licensed clinicians Qualifications and/or Skills

Master's degree in a behavioral health field Illinois licensure or pre-licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD; LSW, LPC) Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfort working with children, teens, adults, couples, or families Ability to pass a background check Existing client base or referral network a plus Familiarity with case note documentation and EHR systems At Ellie, we believe that happy therapists do better work, and better work changes lives. Compensation

Competitive per-session rate, commensurate with experience Flexible work from home options available.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and active Illinois licensure or pre-licensure (e.g., LCSW, LCPC, LMFT). Candidates must be proficient in clinical documentation and comfortable working with diverse age groups.
