No problem — we'll train you. What matters most is your clinical judgment, your attention to detail, and your commitment to patient care.
Required: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or B.S. in Pharmacy Active, unrestricted Arizona Pharmacist license 2+ years of pharmacist experience Proficiency with pharmacy software and data entry systems Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and patient-facing skills Ability to participate in on-call rotation with a 30-minute phone response time and holiday rotation as scheduled Preferred: 1+ year of experience in a home infusion, specialty pharmacy, or sterile compounding setting Hands-on compounding experience, including sterile and non-sterile compounding in USP 797 and USP 800 compliant environments BCSCP certification Experience with IV antibiotics, TPN, or specialty biologics in a home infusion setting Experience supervising or directing pharmacy technicians Arizona Home Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
