Market context
In Florida, advanced-practice roles typically see steady demand in settings that need licensed Nurse Practitioners with broad patient-care skills. These positions are competitive because employers often look for board certification, current BLS, and experience with both adult and pediatric IV therapy, while benefits such as medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and tuition reimbursement can strengthen an offer.
