OSF HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our growing Cardiology team in Danville, Illinois.

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic tests and laboratory results Provide patient education regarding cardiovascular disease prevention and management Coordinate care with cardiologists, primary care providers, and other specialists Document encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental activities
Required: Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Current Illinois licensure or eligibility for Illinois licensure National certification as an NP or PA Current DEA registration or eligibility Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred: Previous cardiology, internal medicine, emergency medicine, hospitalist, or related clinical experience Experience managing patients with cardiovascular disease

Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP or PA program and possess current Illinois licensure and DEA registration. Previous experience in cardiology, internal medicine, or emergency medicine is preferred.
