We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioners who are willing to obtain licensure in Wyoming to support our growing telehealth and wellness initiatives. In this role, you will perform clinical assessments, identify individuals with elevated disease risk, and provide education and concierge services focused on primary prevention and improving overall health outcomes.
This is a flexible, PRN position ideal for Nurse Practitioners seeking supplemental income, with an average commitment of 10–20 hours per week.

Requires a Master of Science in Nursing and a current WV license, with a DNP preferred. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in Primary Care or Internal Medicine and hold a CPR certification.
